Strategia Solutions CEO participates in the Montgomery County Black Collective’s Amber session in partnership with Montgomery College’s Ignite Hub.
Founder and CEO Solomon Luke was a key panelist at the Ignite Hub center where he engaged the Amber program graduates with discussion around technology. He was joined by Tijia Thomas, CEO, Lion Solutions, Phillippa Channer, CEO Channer Consulting and Michael Charles, CEO, SolutionsMet.
The panelists were focused on several topics that were geared towards the recipients such as Business as usual support, Finance, Customers/People, Marketing Growth, Technology & Data Management and Website Development and Hosting.
The AMBER Business Coaching Program is an initiative by the Montgomery County Black Collective, designed to provide technical assistance, expertise, and individualized coaching to small and minority owned businesses. It includes weekly management strategies and monthly group mindfulness sessions to teach sustainable growth tactics and best practices.
