Hasan has over 15 years of experience implementing software solutions, producing video projects, and leading marketing campaigns in several different industry types across the APAC and North American regions.

In his role with Strategia Solutions, Hasan is the subject matter expert for the conceptualization, design and functionality regarding the firm’s mobile and web application solutions. He is also the key driver of the operations and marketing strategy as it pertains to product development and client requirement elicitation.

Hasan has led several technology and marketing projects with varying attributes for Standard & Poors (S&P) 500, United Nations Organization, Coca Cola, British Telecom, International Labour Organisation, Nokia, HSBC, and Victorinox.

Hasan also served as the producer and scriptwriter for projects that involve video production that featured clients such as the United Nations Organization, KFC, PepsiCo, TCL, Nikon, and L’Oreal.

In addition to being an experienced Project Manager, Operations Lead and Marketing Executive, Hasan is an expert at web development, design, and video production tools which includes HTML, CSS, WordPress, Adobe CC Suite, CorelDraw, Infusionsoft, and the Google Marketing Suite.

Hasan holds a B.B.A (hons) degree from Middlesex College in London, UK and is a Chartered Certified Accountant (ACCA) from Kaplan Financial Training Company in London, UK. As an experienced Frontend and UI/UX Technical lead, Naveed has over 12 years of experience where he has worked on web and application development projects as a designer, front-end developer, and project lead. He is responsible for web and mobile implementations for Strategia Solutions and driving the firm’s IT processes.

His products have helped several companies in the global marketplace. These firms comprise a varied mix of products and services including Nokia, British Telecom, Artios, Xoomworks, The Caribbean American Chamber of Commerce, Air Falcon Airlines, and Frontier Car Group.

As a direct result of Naveed’s expertise, companies are able to leverage a better web presence and achieve their corporate goals. Naveed aligns his technical knowledge on the core requirement specifications of his product while delivering above his client expectations. Apart from his ability to deliver the product, he also serves as the technical leads on all implementations.

Naveed has vast experience with numerous technologies and tools for front end and UI/UX applications. These tools include HTML 4.01, CSS, HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap 3, Angular 4, Jquery, JavaScript, WordPress, Joomla, Wamp, xmapp, Adobe CC Suite, and Google Web Designer.

Usama qualified as an ACCA in 2009. Having trained in an ICAEW member firm, he went on to work for a top 10 tax practice in the UK in their private client tax department.

Having obtained practical experience and knowledge of working with High & Ultra High Net Worth Individuals he moved to a smaller practice to gain hands-on tax advisory experience with smaller clients to get an overall grip on tax-related matters for all categories of clients.

Usama has an overall tax advisory experience of over 10 years, his specialism includes (but is not limited to) advising individuals and corporates on Income Tax (IT) / Corporation Tax (CT), Capital Gains Tax (CGT), Inheritance Tax (IHT) & Stamp Duty Land Tax (SDLT). Usama also deals with tax disputes and investigations and has a 100% success rate on property & assets disclosures with HMRC.

As Chief Software Architect at Strategia Solutions, Fang has over 20 years of experience in software development with concentration in Web Based application solutions, Enterprise Architecture, Platform Engineering and prototyping. Fang is an expert in System Architecture Design and implementation across a various industry sectors and global markets. In addition, Fang provides clients with end-to-end solutions that utilizes industry leading technologies which focuses on data analytics and data warehousing, financial management, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools.

Fang currently serves as Team Lead at the U.S. Internal Revenue Service where his focus is centered on designing solutions with IRS’s senior management and front line supervisors as it relates to the sustainment of the Coverage Data Repository (CDR) Application Programming Interface (API). CDR’s API acts a conduit which traverses data to other project such as Enterprise Service Bus (ESB), ACA Verification System (AVS) and customer service. This project was a key initiative to assist the agency in fulfilling a new legislative requirement of the Affordable Health Act (ACA). While in this role, Fang also performs unit test cases, CM (Change Management) and defect tracking for the agency.

As Team Lead, Fang is responsible for Joint Application Design (JAD) sessions to assist team members with the interpretation of CDR requirement specifications. Fang also produces executive level artifacts such as Interface Control Document (ICD), Design Specification Report (DSR) and serves as the key Subject Matter Expert (SME) on additional projects such as Information Sharing and Reporting (IS&R), Income Family Size Verification (IFSV), Integration and Testing I&T and Premium Tax Credit (PTC). As required by IRS standards, Fang leads all collaboration with IRS’s Project Management Office (PMO) to collaborate and provide progress status on deliverables.

Previously, Fang served as the Technical Lead at MSCI, a leading provider of investment decision support tools worldwide. At MSCI, Fang recruited, developed, and managed a team of software developers responsible for the application development, maintenance, performance tuning and refactoring of the firm’s research tools. At MSCI, he led the firm’s most complex applications such as Internal Office Suite (IOS) which was a data collection tool, automatic vote recommendation generation tool (Smart Voter Plus), ACEWEB, which generated and published research recommendations. The combination of these applications enabled the firm’s research analyst to deliver vote recommendation on time, particularly for Standard & Poor’s 500 (S&P 500).

Over the course of his career, he has worked with several mainstream brands, including Facebook, Uber, Walmart, Netflix, Dockers, Gymboree, Pantene, Native Deodorant, among several other notable international companies. He directly worked with the marketing teams to facilitate and optimize marketing campaigns for the aforementioned brands.

Sami is also the co-founder and former CEO of a highly successful content marketing company; TheWriteXpress. Under his leadership, TheWriteXpress grew from a small platform into an award-winning business. Rozee.pk, the biggest recruitment site named TheWriteXpress among the top 500 employers in Pakistan during Sami’s tenure at the company. During his tenure at TheWriteXpress, Bahria University, a state-owned educational institute, named Sami on their Corporate Advisory Committee, tasked with approving and overseeing the course contents being offered to the students.
Sami has also worked in marketing roles for technology brands in Boston, United States, and London, United Kingdom. In both positions, he was recognized on several occasions for playing a key role in the success of the organization.

As the firm’s Chief Media Officer, Shakeel leads all our physical and digital media teams. As a video director and producer, Shakeel has worked in the industry since 1990 and worked with some of the largest organizations in Pakistan as a DOP, editor, director, and producer. His portfolio includes corporate and internal videos to full-fledged cinematic documentaries.

Shakeel’s core competencies are displayed in corporate, product, project and social documentary film production, and photography. Shakeel is currently on contract and serves as a featured photographer for Nikon, a Japanese multinational corporation headquartered in Tokyo, Japan, specializing in optics and imaging products. In his role with Nikon, Shakeel is part of the Nikon tours and also provide training and lectures at Nikon events.

He has completed a variety of photography and videography work for several corporate clients including Pepsico, KFC, Merit Bread, Mary Gold Bread, Treet Corporation, Millat Tractors, InstaPhone, Cakes & Bakes, Control Union (China), Range Hospitality (United Arab Emirates), Jack the Rebel, Al-Jalil Developers, Servis Sales Corporation and Cupola.

With over 10 years of professional experience as a design generalist, Hamza has lent his expertise as a lead designer for several projects across varying mediums. With his keen eye for detail stemming out from his traditional art background, he has perfected his workflow for implementing fundamental design theories to help create visuals that deliver the right message.

From coming up with early design concepts, color palettes and compositions to the final artwork, he is the creative force behind all the projects at Strategia Solutions.

Hamza is also Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Play Republic Studios, an independent game development studio that has been developing cross platform games for publishers and studios based in United Kingdom and United States. He has also been lending his services as a game producer to Galassia Studios, where he takes gaming projects from early conceptualization to its final deployment.

Holding a design degree from National College of Arts in Lahore Pakistan, he is proficient in various 2D and 3D creative software packages including Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Autodesk Maya, Keyshot, Daz3D, Marvelous Designer and Sketchup.

Jim possesses more than 20 years of management and technical expertise across a variety of business environments which includes full life cycle information system developments using Agile, mobile, web application, client server and object oriented solutions. He has managed a myriad of software development, operations and maintenance contracts including enterprise portfolio management and program development.

Jim holds PMP certification from the Project Management Institute and is a graduate of the University of Maryland with a BSc in Information Systems Management.

Anum is a creative and self-driven design professional with over five years of experience in  developing and producing sophisticated, pioneering designs that energize clients and expand famous iconic brands. Capable of overseeing several projects from conception to conclusion. With a strong grasp of technology, digital marketing, and the newest trends and innovations, practically turn complex information and ideas into appealing, human-centered designs.

In her role as Content Lead, she is responsible for the design and development of several websites, layouts, logos, and artwork, as well as working with content management systems, social media and SEO in Strategia Solutions. She has also discovered the importance of good teamwork and social skills in business environments, particularly the ability to understand and anticipate other people’s needs and wishes.

She graduated from Punjab University College of Information Technology (PUCIT) with an MSC in Computer Science. She is skilled in many software programs, including UI/UX apps such as Adobe Creative Suite (Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign), Figma, WordPress, Xampp, CSS, HTML5 Animations, Adobe Edge Animate, and Google Web Designer.
