Dave’s passion for the industry drove him to start his own executive search company in 2004 called David Allen Associates, LLC, specializing in the placement of sales executives. Focusing on a client base of software and IT services vendors, successful engagements included Tech Mahindra, iGATE, Capgemini, TCS, UST Global, SAP America, and others.
